       We only store this information during the time when we are working with you,
        after which it will be deleted from our records.

• Cotswold Ceremonies does not accept responsibility for the accuracy of the

       information you submit.

• Cotswold Ceremonies only uses your personal information for administrative

       purposes.

• Cotswold Ceremonies will not disclose your personal information, including

       your email address, to any third party, neither do we give other companies
       access to your registered information.

What I offer.

Each ceremony is bespoke but the level of customer service and attention to detail is
consistent across all the ceremonies I provide. Below is a broad guide to how I work,
although there will be some differences depending on the service and type of
ceremony that you require.

Our first contact will usually be by telephone. During this introductory call I will take
some initial information such as the type, dates and location of your ceremony. We
can discuss terms and conditions and set up an in person meeting.

Our first meeting is a chance for you to get to know me and for me to learn more
about your plans, the tone of your ceremony and how you visualise it. I will listen to
your story and ask you some questions. I will use the information gathered at this
meeting to write a draft of your ceremony, which I will then share with you.

Your response to the draft of your ceremony will help me to hone the script. I will
create a second draft based on your comments and return this to you. We will
continue this process until you are happy with the written preparations for your
ceremony.

Couples who are getting married or renewing their vows sometimes like to have
some help in writing personal promises to one another, I can help with this too, in
whatever way you might need.

We can arrange a rehearsal of your marriage ceremony or renewal of vows*.
For all ceremonies can advise on music and readings to include in your ceremony if
needed.

I will work closely with you throughout the preparations for your ceremony and be
there to guide and support you on the day.
If you want, you can order a special copy of your ceremony as a keepsake*.
